Well it's coming to the end of the month and I noticed that I hadn't showcased a "Man of Style" post for a while. What better way to end a Friday with a dose of sweet "eye candy" style. Matthew McConaughey is best known for the lack of clothes he wears but when he does decided to dress head to toe, he looks just as good with his shirt on as he does with his shirt off. Gents (and ladies looking to add a little style to your man's wardrobe), here's some style inspiration for the weekend.
70's inspired plaid - add a cool, modern twist to your suit with a touch of the 70's. Plaid is one of Fall's 2012 trends, so go bold and stand out in the crowd.
Super casual and easy - Matthew is the king of easy and casual and does it oh, so well. But this look can become super daggy if not done right. Keep colour tones and hues similar and complimentary, mixing smart and casual items will make the look even more stylish. The slung over shoulder bag adds a little extra 'beat' to the outfit.
Pyjama Style - this is definitely not an easy look to pull off. A man in ugg boots and what looks like a set of pyjamas can easily go wrong. Keep colours neutral and items loose fitting. Exactly as Matthew has done it here, mix the plain with print/texture, top to bottom, respectively. Wear it like you mean it.
Sleek - A three piece suit is normally a pretty sleek look for any man but add some striking details and this suit will provide the "Wow" factor. Notice the slimline peak lapel, double welt two toned top pocket, sheen finish with a splash of contrast colour - this is a definite "look at me" ensemble.
Hats Off - Add an interesting element to your outfit with the hat. Get a little swagger about you and some spunk with a hat that sets off a look of sweet confidence.
