December Men's Style - dANSK

 Happy Friday!!

This month's men's style is a little different from previous months. December, being the festive season, it was a good opportunity to feature a few menswear labels, that could possibly become great men's gifts for Christmas. The quaint Chapel St store dANSK was kind enough to invite me down to showcase some of their Danish labels and impressed with the style and quality, I was.

Here are some of the labels in stock at dANSK.

Minimum is a popular European label that now has a large following throughout Australia. Focusing on fit, prints and following international trends, this label is unique with its Scandinavian progressive vision, metropolitan edge and savvy design.

No Nationality (NN.07) believes in daring to be different catering for strong personalities where confidence represents style worn everyday to create your own personal history.

The SamsoeandSamsoe brand prides itself on simplicity and freedom, constantly  reinventing themselves to stay modern, fresh and a standout. Currently taking  France and other European countries by storm, this label is just starting out in Australia and is exclusive to dANSK where it's only a matter of time before this label is everywhere.

D.Co (pronounced dico) Copenhagen with its fashion forward style and design, perfect proportions and quality materials makes this shoe label one of kind. Building on Danish traditional designs of function, aesthetic and fit this label produces innovative yet classic footwear that speak style.

I was completely in love with so many of the menswear pieces in the dANSK store. Colours, material quality, design and fit were evident style features that allow all of these Danish labels to create their own unique standpoints within the world of men's fashion. These are definitely brands that all guys should be considering to have in their wardrobe.

But not only were the quality of labels impressive, the dANSK store itself was such a delight to experience. Vintage inspired decor with Danish influences, this store is now one of my favourites on Chapel St. Also stocking fabulous womenswear and accessories, this store is a must when shopping in the South Yarra/Windsor area.
